Jamie Ray Greenlaw-Meek and Fiongal Greenlaw-Meek, founders of The Wellness Foundry, were among 53 British nationals booked on the aircraft  that went down on Thursday with 242 passengers on board.

As they waited at the gate, the couple posted a now-haunting clip to their business Instagram account.

In the video, Fiongal, a former fashion designer turned spiritual guide, smiled and said: “We are at the airport, just boarding, goodbye India.”

His husband Jamie, standing beside him, joked about the grueling ten hour flight ahead.

In another video, the pair described their retreat in India as nothing short of transformative: “We really have been on quite a journey and then just spending the last night here in this most amazing hotel, we’ve just had the most delicious Thali food.

“It was the perfect way to round up the trip,” Jamie said, referring to their ten-day wellness retreat.

They promised followers a full vlog of the “mind-blowing things” they’d done, calling the experience a “magical” one.

The crash sent shockwaves back home, especially for Jamie’s brother Nick Meek, a caretaker from Birmingham.“We were expecting him home tonight. He should have landed at 6.30pm and then driven up for about 11 to get his dog who is staying with our Mum,” Nick shared, per the Independent .

“She is not in a good way. It is all very raw for her at the moment. It’s a lot to take in and we only heard this news a couple of hours ago.”

Online footage of the horrifying incident shows the aircraft flying low over a residential area before erupting into a massive fireball, with towering plumes of black smoke billowing into the sky.

Based in Vauxhall, The Wellness Foundry has built a high-profile reputation offering psychic readings, tarot sessions, and aura readings. It’s no backyard operation — the company has teamed up with powerhouses like Netflix, Google, and Dior.

Fiongal launched the brand in 2018 after what he describes as a life-changing spiritual awakening triggered by a mysterious illness.

Jamie joined as co-director in 2023, expanding the company’s events and also offering psychic readings and life coaching.

Sadly, 241 people lost their lives in the plane crash, with a sole survivor taken to the hospital after miraculously walking away from the wreckage.
