Everyone Is Obsessed With Hot New S** Trend ‘Shallowing’

Shallowing’ is the latest bedroom trend you may not realize you already love.

Everyone is talking about a hot new s** trend, but it may be something you’ve already tried and enjoyed, without even realizing it.

One person says: “It’s amazing if done right.”

Another adds: “I love it!!!”

But ‘shallowing’ isn’t the only bedroom trend gaining popularity.

According to a study by Northwestern university, incorporating music into intimate moments is ideal as ‘the key to org**m is rhythm.’

Music with a beat of 119BPM – like ‘S**yBack’ by Justin Timberlake – may help deepen this rhythmic connection, enhancing pleasure through auditory stimulation.

Erotic playlists are expected to increase in demand, with music activating the same pleasure-seeking brain regions involved in arousal.

Beyond the bedroom, the concept of s**ual wellness is expanding into travel.

LELO predicts that wellness retreats will flourish, offering individuals and couples opportunities to reconnect physically and spiritually, metro reports.

These retreats emphasize rest and intimacy, and often incorporate yoga, meditation, and workshops to explore s**uality in a stigma-free setting.

“We can expect to see wellness going even more mainstream – where it belongs,” says psychos**ual therapist Kate Moyle.

“We’ll see more conversations about intimacy… and more starter campaigns designed to tackle stigma and boost confidence. S**ual pleasure is no longer in the sidelines!”

Supplement use is also on the rise.

Products aimed at supporting l**ido and arousal, such as those containing ginseng, Vitamin B3, or L-arginine, are being explored for their potential effects on circulation and s**ual performance.

Pharmacist Carolina Goncalves explains: “Some studies suggest that ginseng and Vitamin B3 may potentially enhance blood flow around the body and to the intimate area… Additionally, some supplements containing ingredients such as L-arginine might contribute to improvements in l**ido.”

She adds a note of caution: “It’s important to consult with your GP or doctor before incorporating them into your routine.”

Among these developments, a standout trend is ‘shallowing.’

This form of outercourse involves ‘lightly entering the vag**a with the tip of the p**is or finger or using the tongue or a toy at the entrance – not fully inside.’

The vag**al entrance is ‘packed with specific nerve endings that can intensify female pleasure,’ leading to what some have called ‘mind-blowing org**ms.’

A 2021 study found that 83.8% of women experienced more frequent or pleasurable climax through ‘shallowing,’ making it one of the most compelling techniques.
