First, Casey Colvin was reunited with his dogs, Tika and Oreo — and now he’s met the firefighter who saved the lives of both of his pets!
The Pacific Palisades resident, who lost his home in the fire last week, had another emotional moment when he got to thank Cal Fire battalion chief Brent Pascua, who ran to his property and rescued both of his dogs.
“This guy saved your life, this guy saved your life!” Colvin yelled to his dogs in tow, as he ran toward Pascua in a segment shown on NBC Nightly News on Tuesday, Jan. 14.
As he embraced the chief, he hilariously added: “You look like a Ken doll, what’s up dude?”

While Tika was found shortly after Pascua set off to search for him on Tuesday, Jan. 7, Oreo, a white blonde Pomeranian, went missing for five days.
