The Australian adult star made headlines for completing a staggering challenge. But while she achieved her goal and went viral online, the toll it took on her body landed her in the hospital, and she’s now speaking out about the aftermath.
“I’m not doing very well,” Knight told Us Weekly after posting a video from her hospital bed. “I’ve been bleeding a lot since the challenge. It was definitely a bit raw down there, and I did get a small cut.”
Knight, who has endometriosis, a painful condition where tissue similar to the uterine lining grows outside of it, said she isn’t sure whether her symptoms stem from her condition or the sheer intensity of her record-breaking event.
“I’ll definitely survive, but it is quite painful and unpleasant at the moment,” she added.
In an Instagram post, Knight captioned a hospital reel with: “Being hospitalised after taking 583 [men] in a day was not on my 2025 bingo card.”
She told the outlet that the stress leading up to the challenge, combined with her health issues, pushed her body over the edge.
“It’s just sort of gotten to the point now, I think, where my body has gone, ‘Hey, high cortisol can’t function,’” she explained. “Basically making my endometriosis worse, as well as we know that hormonal imbalances can cause irregular and heavy periods. So unfortunately, that’s just what I’ve been dealing with since.”
Despite being “exhausted” and “burnt out,” Knight insisted, “I’m not letting this slow me down.” She plans to rest for a week, soak up some sun, and take it easy – but says she’ll “definitely be OK.”
The OF star revealed that she received over 2,000 applications for the event but had only hoped 200 would show up. “I was absolutely stoked” when more than 500 arrived, she said.
Participants were required to wear pink balaclavas and use protection. Knight shared footage of the day on Instagram and discussed the experience in detail on her Annie Knight Unhinged podcast.
Each man had between 30 seconds to a minute. “Sometimes we’d have a group of 10 and eight of them were really struggling to get it up… so the guys who were ready got longer,” she said. “And then I had groups where everyone was ready to go, so it was like, ‘Right, everyone’s getting 30 seconds, because we can’t be wasting time here.’”
Groups were organized into hour-long slots with 15-minute breaks in between. “I blinked and it was over,” Knight said. By hour four, she admitted her “arms were really sore, and so was my back and my abs.”
She said she wasn’t physically struggling during the event, but rather with the emotional and logistical stress leading up to it.
“In all my videos, I was very honest about the fact that I was feeling fine before, during and after,” she said. “It was more like the after effects of, I guess, the amount of stress I put on myself.”
