FILE PHOTO: Earlier test prototype of Klein Vision AirCar seen in 2022. The world’s first mass-produced flying car has been unveiled. The production prototype of the AirCar has been publicly revealed today (8 May) by Slovakia-based Klein Vision. Industry insiders, along with Prince Harry, got a sneak peak at the vehicle at the 2025 Living Legends of Aviation Gala Dinner in Beverly Hills last month. The AirCar, which already holds a Certificate of Airworthiness, has successfully completed over 170 flight hours and more than 500 takeoffs and landings. The vehicle is capable of automatic transformation from car to aircraft in less than two minutes, enabling the operator to drive to an airport and then take off. Klein Vision say it is expected to be priced at between £600k-£750k, depending on luxury features, with first units expected to be available to buy in first quarter of 2026.
